Miles Floetker

This guy loves people, customers, family, and friends alike, and has a passion for what he does–landscape design. He has been with Lawn Pride for 9 years and has taken the landscape division from its early origins to where it stands today. As part of where it stands today, he and his staff have adopted a structure which allows for more attention to be given to the customer, as well as, benefits for himself, his foremen and their field guys. Away from work, Miles is happily married to his wife Becky (15 years), and has two boys.

Bryan McIntosh
Superintendent
So what do you do with a guy who needs to advance up a ladder that isn't there? Give him a ladder and let him climb it. That's exactly what we've let this guy do, and he's doing it with a smile on his face! Next to ownership, Bryan has been with Lawn pride the longest...starting as a mower on the one and only mowing crew (1991), and then advancing as a mowing crew foreman, then to a lawn technician, later as a member of the landscape crew, and finally, as a landscape foreman. A new position was created out of demand for Bryan and involves coordination between the designers and the foreman, which in turn, has paid huge dividends to the customers and all employees in the landscape division. Bryan is a competitor outside of work with basketball and golf, and receives/gives attention at home with his 4 children and wife Susan.

Randon Reynolds
Landscape Foreman
Randon has over 20 years experience in the landscape industry. Prior to joining Lawn Pride in 2007, Randon was involved in the nursery side of the business and hardscape installation.

Randon brings a great appreciation for landscape design, superb craftsmanship and great customer service. With his keen eye for detail, he is a valuable asset to both the customer and our organization. When Randon’s crew completes a task you know it has been done in an efficient and professional manner.

Randon resides in Nineveh and enjoys fishing and restoring antique furniture.

Kevin Chezem
Commercial Accounts
Kevin joined the Lawn Pride Team in April of 2009. He brings with him many years of industry experience from the nation’s top lawn care and landscaping companies. Customer service is Kevin’s driving force – keeping solutions simple, to the point and within your budget. With thirteen years of active military experience with the US Army as a Combat Engineer – Kevin has kept that discipline which makes him successful, dependable and driven to complete the job right the first time.

Kevin lives with his wife Kathy and they enjoy time with family and friends.

Blain Poole
Operations Manager
Blain is the operations manager at Lawn Pride and he joined our team in the summer of 2008. After graduating Morehead State University with a bachelor’s degree in Turf Grass Management, Blain became a golf course superintendent in Southern Indiana. In 2008 he and his wife, Julie, moved to the Indianapolis area and applied his knowledge of turf grass from the golf course industry to the lawn care industry. Blain has experience in all most all areas of turfgrass, from seeding, to fertilizing and weed control, to disease control and prevention. He prides himself on customer service and employee training. He works to ensure that Lawn Pride has the most educated and dedicated lawn technicians so we can make your lawn look the best it possibly can.
